November 3 -- TCL Corporation (000100.SZ) issued two billion yuan worth of MTNs, reports p5w.net, citing a company filing.

Of the total. 860 million yuan worth of three-year notes were issued at 7.01 percent, and 1.14 billion yuan worth of five-year notes were sold at 7.12 percent.
