China Ship Dev (HKG:1138) to Buy Oil Tanker at $414M

China Shipping Development (HKG:1138) has entered into an agreement with its controlling shareholder, China Shipping (Group) Company, for the construction of a tanker for transportation of crude oil and refined oil. The total consideration for the construction of the tanker is US$53.28 million (HK$413.682 million).
