Regarding the disposal of Omas International S.A. to Ming Fung Jewellery Group Limited (HKG:0860), Hengdeli Holdings (HKG:3389) announced that due to the prolonged uncertainty and volatility of the market, Hengdeli and Ming Fung have agreed to extend the completion date of the agreement to 13 April 2012 to ensure that the transaction is in the interests and benefits of the parties and to allow sufficient time to attend the completion matters.

Hengdeli said that the agreement shall have full force and effect.
