SHENZHEN INVT ELECTRIC CO., LTD. is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of frequency inverters. The Company鈥檚 major products are low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage frequency inverters and server drive devices. The Company's products are primarily applied in industries such as lifting machinery, plastics and rubber, coal, drilling of oil and gas, paper-making machinery, machine tools, metallurgy, construction materials, civil engineering, petrochemical and chemical, textile chemical fibers, food, drinks and cigarettes, as well as industrial public engineering, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries and two associates.
