Accelerate the development of LED product, expand overseas market, and broaden domestic sales channel

As LED technology has become more matured and its price continues to drop, LED products will become the key promotion products by the PRC government. In May 2011, the second batch of pilot cities for the application of LED lighting products was selected, and the demonstration program for the application of LED lighting products will be launched in these 16 cities. The move will further expand the market share of LED lighting products, creating better opportunities for the development of the Group’s LED lighting products business.

Mr. Wu stated: "The Group has been developing efficient energy-saving lighting products as its sustainable strategy. In conjunction with the development of the LED industry supported by the PRC government’s 12th Five-year Plan, we will speed up the LED application by the general public and identify enterprises with established brands and LED product technology as acquisition targets, aiming to further expanding the Group’s business."

For overseas markets, the Group will promote the sales of NVC brand products to markets with well-established channels. The Group will actively expand the channels in emerging markets, such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and New Zealand by appointing its experienced executives to develop these markets. The Group also plans to open 5 franchise outlets and 30 stores in 4 Asian countries, namely Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, Myanmar and India.
