September 2 – The private placement plans of Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction and Decoration (002081) and Suzhou Hesheng Special Material (002290) were approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, reports yicai.com.

Gold Mantis will issue 39.7 million shares at 33.41 yuan per share, raising 1.33 billion yuan. The funds will be spent on eight programs including production facilities of energy-efficient curtain walls, doors, and windows, as well as facilities of decorative materials.

Heshang Special Material will issue 13 million shares at 25.5 yuan a share, raising 322 million yuan. The issuance will fund a 105,000-ton new compound material production line and a five million-piece stamping production line.
