Lisi Group (HKG:0526) said it noted the increase of the price and trading volume of its shares on 28 December 2011 and stated that its board was not aware of any reasons for such fluctuations.

The board also confirmed that save that Li Lixin, chairman and director of the company, and his associates had purchased the company's shares in the market on 28 December 2011, there were no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which were discloseable.
