Zhongshang Commercial to Purchase Property with 39m

Zhongshang Commercial reported on January 4 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Zhongshang Supermarket Chain signed an agreement with Wuhan Langold Real Estate to purchase an area of 5,559.72 square meters in a shopping center that the latter developed with an average price of 7,118.83 yuan per square meter and a total amount of 39.5787 million yuan.
 
The report showed that Zhongshang Commercial will take this program as an opportunity to make clear the ownership of its assets, expand supermarket business and improve its medium- and high-end product mix and category management, as well as strengthen the company itself.
