Eternity Investment (HKG:0764) said that it noted the increases in the price and trading volume of its shares today and that it was not aware of any reasons for such increases, save and except for the fact that it is currently in preliminary discussion regarding a proposed subscription of a convertible bond to be issued by a Hong Kong private company where no terms have been reached.

The company also confirmed that there were no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which were discloseable.
