Zhejiang Dun'an Artificial Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. announced that it has adjusted its private placement plan of issuing up to 100 million shares at not less than RMB 11.27 per share. According to the new plan, the Company expects to raise up to RMB 970 million, instead of the previously announced up to NTD 1.05 billion.
