September 20 – Invengo Information Technology plans to form a subsidiary called Ivengo Art Technology Limited for 20 million yuan to expand the use of RFID in books and archive management industries, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The related business has become an important segment of the market for the internet of things, and Invengo hopes to obtain the government’s support and preferential policies in this new industry.

Shenzhen Fengtai Industrial Limited plans to acquire the firm’s TD-SCDMA trial testing software for 6.15 million yuan.

Invengo is a leading producer of UHF RFID equipment, and RFID is applicable in logistics supply chains, book management and rail cargo signal fields. In June, it raised some 694 million yuan by issuing 36.04 million shares privately at 19.26 yuan per share and invested proceeds into five projects.
